Reunite your body and mind
Do you remember the moment when your body
stopped being a sanctuary of possibilities for you?
An injury, a diagnosis, an age, a comment;
Or maybe it was gradually all of a sudden.
No matter who you are or when it happened—
You have roughly 200 bones, 500 muscles and 80 billion neurons ready to offer support and choices where you thought there were none.
I help you reacquaint them.

Feldenkrais Offerings

I've spent years observing how people hold their histories in their bodies.
My work as a massage therapist, yoga teacher, performer, intimacy choreographer and voice instructor have taught me two things:
1.) Pain, tension and limitation are rarely simple— they are a culmination of memories, beliefs and strategic brilliance.
2.) Showing or telling someone how to do something is not the same as teaching them. Our nervous systems are intelligent learners
and deserve to be treated that way.
Movement was our first language. So when it comes to solving human dilemmas,
I start with the sensory motor patterns involved in everyday activities.
