Reclaim what moves you

Movement is our first language.

Before we learn to speak, we reach, roll and breathe our way into knowing.

Socialization teaches us to override those signals:

To sit still, hold it together, push through, and perform.

As we mature, we begin operating with an incomplete map

of what our options are in how we function.

This level of disorientation often leads to pain, anxiety, and burnout.
But the brain-body map can be redrawn.

Your 200 bones, 500 muscles, and 10 billion neurons
are designed to support you in every aspect of your life.

Through Feldenkrais®, you can find your way back.
